Session 3: Review and Support

  • Reviewing and trouble shooting FaceTime 

  • Making video calls 3 ways

  • Adding and calling contacts 

Session 2: Using Zoom

  • Downloading and setting up Zoom

  • Joining a Meeting or appointment

  • Adjusting settings 

  • Trouble shooting common audio and video problems

Session 4: Review and Questions

  • Review of all topics

  • Learn how to recognize common video and zoom scams
